IAWM was founded to educate and advance all working mothers. Our mission is to help women achieve balance, enjoyment and success in their personal and professional lives, and to be the voice of all working mothers.

Mothers receive a support system through IAWM that does more than educate women on balancing work and family. We give you tools and resources to achieve your goals as well as helping you create strong business relationships.

IAWM are working moms from nurses, teachers, bank managers, retail managers and more.
