Topic: Immigration is effecting your business whether you know it or not. The current system is not reliable, and if you hire someone that you later find out is an undocumented immigrant, you can be charged with fines or worse - jail time. In Arizona, under their newly passed laws, you can actually lose you business. Find out how the no-match system works, and how you can stay competitive in a changing economy that doesn't give much room for higher pay for employees. Learn from other business people in the same situation and find out what they are doing. This issue raises the passions like no other issue in America. Unfortunately, so many potential employees could be committing fraud against you by giving you false documentation, but it is YOU that will have to pay the penalty. Even if you checked and it came back clean. Find out from other business people how they are dealing with the issue, where you can go to for help and information before you hire. Too many people rely on your business for their jobs and livelihood. Don't let this issue ruin your business and your employee's future.
