4) Glass Ceiling Survey - Need Your Help - Win $100 Staples Gift Certificate!
As you know, women are becoming well represented in middle management but still do not attain the top leadership positions in significant numbers. Lydia Johnson, a doctoral student with the University of Phoenix, is completing a study concerning women in leadership and the glass ceiling. Lydia has agreed to make the results of her study available to IWL and to the IWL alumni. Lydia promises to provide information back to you about how women can move from middle leadership positions to upper level positions.
We would appreciate it if you’d take a few minutes to answer her survey.
[Editor’s note: the survey really does only take a few minutes to complete although when you login it says it can take ’20 minutes’ to complete. Don’t let that scare you off!]
A Staples gift certificate for $100 will awarded to one of you who complete the survey no later than Monday, April 14, 2003, in appreciation for your time.
