Work/Life Program Consultation - Many times this thing called "Work/Life Balance" seems unattainable especially for working families.  Does your company offer work/life balance benefits?  I know what you're thinking, "That sounds expensive."  However, it doesn't have to be.  MIBN offers its business members and partners complimentary work/life balance consulting - we help your company design a program that fits in your budget and your corporate culture.  Believe it or not, many work/life programs can be free to the company, it just takes a little creativity and resourcefulness - and you well know, moms can be very creative and resourceful.  This is available to ALL members at any level.

Online Membership Directory - Here's a great way to connect and promote.  You'll see to the left of our website, a rotating view of some of our members.  If you choose to have your profile available, you can have site visitors from around the world know more about you and your company.  In addition, once you are a member, you can build a friends list of other MIBN members, and you can send private messages to certain members. It's just another great tool to market your business and network.

MomBlogs - "A blog is a personal diary. A daily pulpit. A collaborative space. A political soapbox. A breaking-news outlet. A collection of links. Your own private thoughts. Memos to the world."  Blogs (or Weblogs) are basically online journals or diaries which are great for sharing information and ideas.  You can now create your own Mom Blog and be a part of the blogging phenomenon - tell the world or you can limit your blog to be viewable by only a few close members.

The International Association of Working Mothers (IAWM) - Small Business Members and Corporate Partners can offer membership to the IAWM to their employees, and fully utilize that organization for employee benefits and education.  Your employees can take a variety of teleconferences and in-person conferences to enhance their job performance and satisfaction.  For larger corporate members, we provide co-branded event and education opportunties exclusively for your employees.
