The Luminary Award goes to the working mother who has achieved greatness in her field and paved the way for other women who balance career and motherhood. She is a trailblazer and a role-model.

Holli Dorr started Hollister Construction Company in 1992 – as the single mother of two teenage boys and in the middle of a recession.  Today Hollister Construction Company is a $10 million dollar firm with offices in California and Nevada .  Ms. Dorr was selected for this award based on her unique ability to inspire other woman business owners, her leadership in the business community and firm’s success.

The award presentation takes place on April 14, 2007 in Las Vegas , NV .
