I want to get an e-mail directory of the members I would like to send an e-mail to everyone. How can I do this?
We are not allowed to give or sell our member's email addresses due to anti-spam laws and our privacy policy.
We have our Account Center within the Member's Intranet that gives you information about some of our MIBN members who have chosen to post their information so that you can contact them.
If you visit each account page, you can see that their is an option to privately email them through the system. Also, if you visit the Southern Nevada Member Circle webpage on our site, there is a listing of all the members who have joined in the last six months. You can visit their websites and contact them through that.
These methods of contact take more time, but this ensures that all member-to-member emails are personal and are not considered spam. It is also a rule of membership that anyone who abuses our system to send spam or emails regarding fraudulent internet scams will have their membership revoked (yes, it has happened). We do this to protect you from inadvertantly violating any spam laws and to protect your privacy as a receiver of emails.

Karen Blackwell manages supplier development and diversity at Nestlé USA. The company's buyers, she says, are clearly "the people who have the most opportunity to make a difference in supplier diversity," but she's part of that solution, too, with supplier diversity as her sole responsibility.
"My role is to help the buyers implement supplier diversity strategies," she says. "I help them identify diverse companies and identify opportunities for bringing them in. We sit down together and work out a strategy to make it happen."
