Etiquette Tip for New Year's Eve- When you sit down at a dinner table for 10, it is correct to start eating: A. After three people have been served. B. When the hostess begins eating. C. After all diners have been served.
Answer B. When the hostess begins eating. You should always wait for the host or hostess to begin before eating. The exception is when the hostess says to start because the food will get cold.
